Cancellations must be communicated via Mail (Contact Us).

• Enrolled students who cannot take part in the course for any reason can always be replaced by another participant from the same organization, free of charge.
  
  
• Participants who cancel at least 3 months before the beginning of the course(s), ErasmusLearn will refund the entire amount.
  
  
• Participants who cancel at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the
  course(s), ErasmusLearn will refund the entire amount, minus 20% of the course fee.
  
  
• Participants who cancel less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, ErasmusLearn will retain the entire amount and the students will be allowed to join another course/session in the following 12 months.
  
  
• In case of force majeure the Foundation will offer the possibility to change dates and course to students.
  
  
• There is no refund if cancelling is made on date of arrival or within 1 day from course start date, which includes no-shows or cancellation is made after commencement of a course.
  
  
• Absence from lessons for personal reasons, early departure and late arrivals, are no reasons for making up lessons or reimbursements.
