What is Job Shadowing?
Job Shadowing is a hands-on learning opportunity that allows teachers, school leaders and education professionals to step into the daily reality of another institution. Instead of theoretical training, you observe educational practices as they naturally unfold, from lesson planning and classroom interaction to the way schools embrace diversity and innovation.
This direct immersion gives a deeper understanding of different teaching methods, classroom management strategies and school culture, and often sparks ideas you can adapt to your own context.
