The English for Project Management course focuses on developing practical language skills for professionals
involved in projects and Erasmus+ activities. Participants enhance project-related vocabulary, oral and written
communication, and cross-cultural interaction through real-life scenarios, workshops, and collaborative
activities, supporting effective cooperation, meetings, reporting, and project implementation.

The purpose of the English for Project Management course is to help participants improve their ability to
communicate in English in project management and international cooperation contexts, increasing
confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in everyday professional communication.

During this training participants will develop communication skills in connection with the methodology of
project management by:

  • Improving their vocabulary range connected with project management.
  • Improving their communication skills (both oral and written) for the purpose of everyday communication
    and communication between partners.
  • Developing their self-confidence in the use of English.
    Exchanging good practices and sharing experience in project management.
  • Discussing how to successfully implement a project in their organizations.Implementing strategies to enhance cross-cultural communication.
  • Developing strategies for online meetings.

Plus:

  • Participants will have the opportunity to participate in workshops organised by specialists in Erasmus+
  • projects and ESL teachers.

Methods & Tools

  • The curriculum activities are informed by Adult Education and, in particular, Transformative Education theories. Learners will get involved in active, cooperative learning. The direct method of teaching EFL will be applied; therefore, no prior knowledge of English is required. In virtual learning contexts (presentations), films, art, artifacts, and other multisensory texts will be used. Active learning will be realized with workshops in real-life places: the town historical center, markets, streets, restaurants, historical and cultural sites, and monuments
